Michael B. Platt, b. 1948, Washington, DC is a visual artist known for printmaking, charcoal drawings, installations and lately, for computer-generated images. His subjects: the marginalized and the survivors. Drawing permeates Platt's artwork and the firgure prevails. Respect and passion for his subjects and subject matter are paramount.
